• The refund will be issued via your original payment method, where applicable
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable — unless the issue was our fault, in which case we'll cover it

Prefer a replacement over a refund? No problem. Eligible products can be exchanged for the same item or a replacement of equal value, subject to availability. We'll do our best to make sure you get exactly what you need.
6. Received a Damaged Package?
